Heading up the Krka river was interesting with a 28m bridge clearance and a 21m mast, and it's an arched shape bridge! We aimed for the highest part of the arch and hoped last nights rain didn't cause the river to flood.
From on deck it looked pretty close - but we seemed to get through ok.
Up the river is the town of Skradin, and the entrance of the National Park. Further up river are numerous waterfalls we intended visiting for the afternoon, but with an over 100 euro price tag we decided a walk up the hill and around the town would suffice.
Another lovely town with stone buildings and pedestrian only streets.
We're an ordinary family of 5 dreaming, planning and now beginning our adventure around the Mediterranean (and further afield), having an awesome time! Look out for our boat and come and say hi.
